Putting road safety at the heart of corporate culture
Colas is fighting traffic accidents. In addition to the innovative, safety enhancing products and equipment it designs for road infrastructures, the Group has set up an ongoing, proactive prevention policy and responsible driving programme and information tools, tailor-made for its personnel.

In 2005 Colas Danmark A/S signed European Road Safety Charter with the objective to reduce traffic accidents and the number of deaths on the roads.

Certification
Colas Danmark A/S' divisions have been certified ISO 9001, and in the field of environmental protection and safety, our plants and facilities have been certified ISO 14001.

Furthermore, our occupational health and safety system was certified according to the OHSAS 18001 standard in 2006.
